empathy-call software package provides GNOME multi-protocol chat and call client (call handler), you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install empathy-call
empathy-call is installed in your system.
Make ensure the empathy-call package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep empathy-call *
You will get with empathy-call package name, version, architecture and description in a table
